Terms and Conditions
Normally we will be at home to welcome you to The Grove at Lyncombe Vale Road between 4.30 pm and 6.30 pm unless otherwise notified. If you know that you plan to arrive earlier or later than our normal check in times, we ask that you let us know in advance so that we can be SURE to be at home to let you in.
We ask guests staying at The Grove to check out by 10.30 am on the day of departure. Late check outs will incur an extra day charge.
A deposit of 20% of the total cost of your accommodation will be taken from your credit/debit card to secure your booking. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill when it is settled.
We also accept cash and cheques with a valid bank guarantee card.
Cancellation charges will be incurred as follows and are non negotiable.
It is advised that you check your own travel insurance details in advance of your trip to see if you are covered against cancellation charges.
20% (i.e. the deposit that was made to secure your booking) will be deducted if we are informed of your intention to cancel more than 48 hours before your arrival and in the event that we cannot re-let your room.
100% of the cost of your accommodation for the period will be deducted if you notify us of a cancellation within 48 hours of your arrival.
Meal details
Only Breakfast is served. Breakfast is normally served in the kitchen, but in the summer it may be served on the patio outside the Conservatory.
